The Problem

Local merchants are invisible online

Most neighborhood shops have no real digital presence beyond a WhatsApp number, while shoppers default to large marketplaces even for things that exist a five-minute walk away.

yakınımda.net exists to close that distance: surface the merchant who is actually nearby, and give that merchant the same digital tools a large retailer has.

The Approach

One platform, two sides

Merchants get a panel to manage products, stock, messaging, and reservations. Users get a map-first experience to discover stores, products, and campaigns close to them.

  • Merchant panel — products, stock, Q&A, reviews, and direct messaging with customers
  • Map-based discovery — find stores and products within walking distance
  • Reservations & campaigns — deposit-based booking and neighborhood-specific promotions
  • Subscription tiers — merchants choose the plan that fits their store
Architecture

One backend, three native front-ends

The web platform runs on Next.js with a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend. The same backend powers two fully native mobile apps — built natively rather than with a cross-platform framework, for the performance and platform-fit that merchants and end users actually feel.
